A lesbian federal worker in California is suing the U.S. Government to obtain health insurance for her “wife.” Arguing in court on her behalf was Assistant Attorney General Tony West, who presented the Obama/Holder position that the Defense of Marriage Act is unconstitutional. For the first time since President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder deemed DOMA to be unconstitutional – arrogantly acting as both judge and jury concerning the 1996 federal law – a senior DOJ legal staff member is arguing against the federal law that every DOJ member is sworn to uphold. As I have repeatedly warned, in the wake of the Obama Administration’s refusal to defend DOMA, sexual anarchists who hate natural marriage are pushing forward as many legal actions as possible, as quickly as possible! Under President Obama and his sexual anarchist administration, the forced acceptance of the radical LGBT agenda into our culture (including our military) is happening at unprecedented levels. ++Liberty Counsel is deeply engaged in defending natural marriage.
