January 6, 2012 Dear Policy Patriot, Here's the resolution: read the Constitution! Especially, please pay attention to Article One, Section Eight and the Tenth Amendment! One would think the Constitution should be required reading for every federal lawmaker, but judging from recent developments over the last few years (like ObamaCare), that is apparently not the case.
