Sen. Chuck Grassley: Iowa ‘Fluid,’ Gingrich Hurt by Negative Ads
In an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV, Iowa’s popular Republican Sen. Charles Grassley says the race remains “very fluid.” He tells Newsmax he likes the GOP field but has serious disagreements with Ron Paul on foreign policy matters. He added that Newt Gingrich was hurt by a barrage of negative TV ads that “worked” and he predicts the former speaker will soon run similar ads to defend himself.
