Health Insurance Survey Targets Gun Owners
Oregon State Senator Ted Ferrioli (R-Dist. 30) was upset over a survey distributed to state workers by managed care organization Kaiser Permanente.
“The questionnaire asked the workers to volunteer lifestyle information that would be used to assist medical professionals in tailoring wellness plans,” Blue Mountain Eagle reported. “One part asks about gun ownership and how securely guns are kept. Ferrioli took issue with lumping gun ownership in with statements about risky behaviors.”

Thank the American Medical Association who for years and years have been trying to get gun shot wounds requestlified as an epidemic.
Once deemed ‘epidemic’ then the good old US Government Food & Drug Agency (FDA) and the Cender for Disease Control (CDC) can impose (without congressional oversight) emergency action regulations to ‘stay the spread of infectious disease’.
Alcoholism is now considered a disease… The FDA and CDC receive funding to promulgate and enforce regulations to curb alcohol abuse. Sounds good right.
Firearm ownership is now a disease… the FDA and CDC (along with the BATFE) will receive federal funding to promulgate and enforce regulations to curb, even irradicate the spread of this terrible, terrible disease.
Think it won’t happen. Look at the AMA web site and see what they have to say about guns. They are ENCOURAGING their doctors to ask their patients about whether there is a firearm in the home; some doctors are even going as far now to refuse service to a family who owns a gun.
If they can’t get at you from the front door, they will challenge you from the side door. In this case it is your ability to provide healthcare to your family.

I went to the Dr. in Ohio several months ago and they were asking these questions using the excuse of checking your medical history and developing a wellness plan. I was asked do you own guns. what type do you own. Do you have trigger locks. and do you have a gun safe. I would not answer. People they are coming for your weapons. Be prepared.
When people are dependent on the government they become slaves unknowingly. When this happens government leaders have your vote to move to do things unconstitutional. Since they do it in tiny areas or pieces you do not even pay attention. Then it is too late as they move us to a one world order where we know are paying taxes that go to other countries. Oops!!! We are already there and the taxes will get worse when we earn less but our taxes stay the same or go up! Ooops! We are already there! Is it too late?
