Dear Fellow American,
Taking something by force from your neighbor and giving it to another is wrong, no matter which political party you belong to. Washington insiders are sucking the lifeblood out of America by spending our money with no consequences.
Now, I don't know about you but I've certainly lost faith in our elected officials; they're just career politicians who only want to live off the gravy train that has become Washington, DC. They'll sell their grandmother, they'll sell themselves, and they'll sell you—their constituent—to keep their jobs.
Not only is that immoral and reprehensible, it's un-American. I think it's long past time we held these people accountable. That's why I'm running for Congress.
Whether you know me as Joe the Plumber or Samuel "Joe" Wurzelbacher, I'm a regular, blue collar, middle class guy. I'm a normal American, just like you. I can't be bought by special interests or party leaders. If you send me to Washington, I'll representyou. But I urgently need your help.
