Radio talk show host Alex Jones has called for a second American Revolution, led by states who would secede from the federal government and reconstitute the Republic under the terms of the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, and the Constitution.

Americans have been asked to support the movement and to rally behind a restoration of the Republic and the Bill of Rights. This comes from a secessionist movement that has moved across the country with residents from all 50 states submitting petitions to the White House calling for states to withdraw from the Union and form their own independent Governments. The petitions have received a total of over a million signatures.

On Friday November 16th, 2012 during his nationwide broadcast, Alex Jones proposed his plan for secession, emphasizing that states must first secede from the Federal Government and then use the terms of the Declaration of Independence to restore the Republic, and Alex Jones’ intentions are NOT to create a new country.

Alex Jones stressed that he was calling for a “cultural restoration in the spirit of the bill of rights” – a newly unified America under The Constitution of the United States – and NOT asking for or wanting a violent overthrow of the Federal government.

Jones pointed out that the only course to restoring liberty was clear – “To follow the founding document of the Republic, The Declaration of Independence, wherein it is clearly stated that it is the right and the duty of the American people, when their Government becomes destructive and tyrannical, to abolish and reconstitute it in a form that protects our liberties.”

“We are NOT calling for secession to form new separate countries, we are calling for secession because the states created the Constitution, The Bill of Rights and the Federal Government. The Federal Government itself has been hijacked by mainly banking cartels,” Jones says.

This is NOT a plot to bring down America, but rather to restore it by truth and justice and our God-given rights as citizens of the United States. Unfortunately, the media feeds society with drama, and no one is unfamiliar with its habit of twisting things to create further drama. This helps to keep people on the edge of their seats out of fear of what will happen next. “I am calling for people to be educated about how we can secede to restore the Republic,” said Jones, warning that the media was attempting to characterize the movement as a plot to bring down America (when in fact America has already been taken over by the majority of the political and financial elite.)

“This is the states putting their foot down and saying we are going to reconstitute the Federal Government under the Bill of Rights and the Constitution; we’re going to kick out the bureaucrats, the lobbyists, the foreign criminals, and the Federal Reserve who have taken over,” explained Jones.

Alex Jones also asked Congressman Ron Paul to start the movement and utilize his network of liberty-loving activists to lead the charge, as well as using his contacts in each state to begin the process of secession in the legislature.

Harvard law scholar and adviser to Ron Paul Edwin Viera appeared on the syndicated radio broadcast and agreed with Alex Jones’ plan, with the Declaration of independence as the centerpiece of legal authority.

Ron Paul’s former chief of staff, Lew Rockwell, also appeared on the broadcast and agrees with Jones’ strategy that now is the time to restore the republic.

The right of the people to reconstitute their government if it becomes oppressive and onerous is clearly outlined in the Declaration of Independence:

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

The secessionist movement has now been portrayed as anti-American, unpatriotic, and even treasonous. Ron Paul emphasized greatly that “it is as American as apple pie and George Washington.”

Infowars is calling on those who love, support, and defend our country to start a movement to draft Ron Paul as the head of this effort to restore the Republic, restore the bill of rights, and opt out of the fake America that the banking elite has fashioned so that it can serve its own interests instead of the interests of the people.

Some of the media is already demonizing the secessionist movement as a group of crazy people and paranoid racists when in reality it is comprised of present and former Marines, parents, business owners, and ordinary mechanics.

Meanwhile, some Obama supporters have asked the Government to punish those putting their signatures to the secession petitions by having them stripped of their citizenship, deported, and exiled.

Where is God in stripping people of their Citizenship when they are only exercising the very rights granted to them? The time is now for us to stand up for the Declaration of Independence and exercise our God-given rights to pursue life, justice, and happiness. If we all focus our thoughts on what is good, true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy in this world and in each other, then we will begin to see a change that follows for eternity on the edge of the coin where sides no longer exist.

The ONLY reason there is a movement toward succession is that the Republican Party LOST the election in one of the largest landslides in the past 100 years, at least, by the Democrats. This was a clear mandate, first and foremost, against the absurd Supreme Court ruling in allowing unbridled, slanderous LIES produced by non-responsible right wing pac funds run by Karl (the Fascist) Rove, and Mr. rosy personality himself, Dick (the DICK) Cheney! ALL that money and they FAILED against those that saw right through their distortions and lies, even after their lies were proven by all the fact checkers.
I AGREE with taking back our nation, but the Republican party is at the root of ALL (and I mean EVERY SINGLE PENNY) of the unfunded liabilities on the USA’s balance sheet…This was first started under REAGAN, who almost tripled the US DEBT, and then the two Bush Presidents that more than doubled the US DEBT again…while these despicable PAC funds placed 100% of this DEBT on Obama, as if he did all this damage in 4 short years after the 8 years of Bush DESTRUCTION. This nation was virtually DEAD MAN WALKING, the day of Obama’s inauguration.
Since ALL US President’s are inaugurated, and this amounts to “honoring, upholding, and defending the US Constitution”, I wonder what all these Se-ceders were thinking as GW BUSH systematically destroyed our Constitution through the Patriot Act, which was a direct violation of his oath of office, and therefore, TREASON committed from the highest office of the land….NOW, even after all the voter suppression efforts by the RIGHT, and “defective” ballot machines that were FIXED by large Republican supported companies, including one who’s investors included one of Mitt Romney’s SON, the Republicans lost fair and square, as they made clear what they stood for. AMERICA voted and those platforms FAILED to gain anything close to a majority of support….
If a movement toward the restoration of our nation is to emerge, I will be all for it, but NOT because after doing EVERYTHING possible, whether moral or not (NOT), it would NEVER be because the Republican Party has ANY claim on what happened this November 6th!

What is new he did the same in 2008 but no one did anything about it and that is why he was not worried in the debates he had his plan made already with the MSM, and all the liars in his party.   Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democrat Party.
  Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for 2008 & 2009 as well as 2010 & 2011.
  In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases.
  For 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budgets.
  And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete 2009.
  If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.
  If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.
  In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th. Who is obama going to blame for the mess he inherited this time?
  My point is: Before you make a statement be sure it is an informed statement. You would be doing others and yourself a favor. “Just Sayin”

When the ONLY goal of a party is to waste four years with the only goal to obstruct ANY progress that could only be achieved through negotiation and COMPROMISE, in a manner that represents the majority of ALL constituents is no less than TREASON…These people were elected to represent ALL and have only done so for the smallest, of the elite minority. This sounds like a very good Idea. Please place the New Capital of “Rocky Mountain High Washington District of Colorado” on top of Pike’s Peak. And only allow Pedestrian Traffic. The “SECRET PLAN” was: TRADE THE BLIND SHEIK FOR AMBASSADOR STEVENS. After ENABLING his KIDNAPPING. That is ABSOLUTELY TREASON.

Question: Does anything done by “Any Actor” make any sense, except in the context of “The Secret Plan”.
A few questions that can be explained completely by the “Secret Plan”.
1. Did Obama want to release the Blind Sheik, but had no justifiable reason to do so?
2. Why were 3 MST and 1 SST security details removed from Libya.
3. Why did Hillary request/demand more security, but Obama denied more security, several times?
4. Why were ex-Seals, Doherty and Woods, told to stand down 3 times?
5. Why did Obama tell the CIA to NOT help defend the Consulate.
6. Why did Obama and his minions watch live video of the attack and not act?
7. Why was an American Drone flying over the consulate recording video BEFORE the attack began?
8. Predator Drones carry Hell Fire Missiles, why were none fired?
9. Why were the Seals Lazing a Target, giving away their position and no Hell Fire missiles were fired?
10. Why did Obama blame it on a video that no one (it had only 17 views on YouTube) had ever seen?
11. Why did Obama fire General Ham for moving to assist the Consulate.
12. Why was an AC-130 Gunship, 90 minutes away, not sent to aid the Consulate.
13. Why were the F-16′s only 20 minutes away not sent to help the consulate.
14 Why is Obama Delaying, Obfuscating and Lying?
15. Why did the plan stick with the plan’s excuse of the “Mohammed is an Idiot” Movie Trailer?
16. Why did the Ansar al-Sharia try to save Amb. Stevens by taking him to a Hospital/Emergency Room.
17. Why did Ansar al-Sharia surround the Hospital where Ambassador Steven’s body was taken and not let anyone in or out?
18. Why was a Libyan Military person photographing the Consulate before the Attack?
19. Why could the President not get an interview with a participating Terrorist for weeks when Senator Lindsey Graham got Tunisia to let the FBI interview him within 24 hours of the request?
20. Why were Senior counter terrorism personnel cut out of the Loop, the Foreign Emergency Security Team was not called.
21. The Embassy in Egypt was attacked by a Mob Action and the motive was the Film Trailer. This was part of the Plan and does not make sense, except if it was a part of the Kidnapping Plan with the joint actions in Egypt and Benghazi.
22. Why did the Idiots in the White House stick with the Planned Motive of the Film Trailer starting the attack at Benghazi?
The Not Known Unknown; a Fly in Obama’s Treason Plans; Two Brave American Heroes, Navy Seals.
They should both receive, posthumously, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, presented by Mitt Romney after Obama’s Conviction for: High Crimes and Misdemeanors, Murders and High Treason.

Have any of you checked this website for an article titled: DHS Ready For Massive Civil Unrest! When you actually see this you will know we must do something to preserve our country. I agree with not using force. However, this may not be possible. You will see that Obama has some plans of his own for us. We as a nation have put ourselves in this mess. We allowed immorality, abortion, kicking God out, lying and cheating customers through business, etc. We have disobeyed every Commandment God had asked us to keep. Now, it looks as if this nation is going to be brought down to its knees. It happened in biblical times and I fear its going to happen in our time. We have no one to blame but ourselves.
Can this be stopped…YES. But only if every head is bowed and forgiveness is asked and we start obeying those Commandments. This is no longer a joke…we are in serious trouble.

  A petition will not do any good. We’ve got a wanabe dictator in the WH. Keep a low profile, especially do not sign any petitions. The WH has people that do nothing but record names. Be aware of fools like ‘bluesman”. If you are confused read some of my earlier posts. Read “willyrho’s post. If you have to take a dump do it on bluesman!
