Psalm 666: The State Is My Shepherd, I Shall Not Want
A Psalm of Obama
(To be sung by children, K-12, every morning of their seven-day school week.)*
The State is my shepherd,
I shall not want.
It makes me lie down in federally owned pastures.
It leads me beside quiet waters in banned fishing areas.
It restores my soul through its control.
It guides me in the path of dependency for its namesake.
Even though our nation plunges into the valley of the shadow of debt,
I will fear no evil,
For Barack will be with me.
The Affordable Care Act and food stamps,
They comfort me.
You prepare a table of Michelle Obama approved foods before me in the presence of my Conservative and Libertarian enemies.
You anoint my head with hemp oil;
My government regulated 16-ounce cup overflows.
Surely mediocrity and an entitlement mentality will follow me
All the days of my life,
And I will dwell in a low-rent HUD home forever and ever.
Amen.
*Special Note: For union workers teaching their subjects this psalm in government schools, it is to be regarded as a psalm of exquisite beauty. The main subject is the watchful care that the Government extends over its dependents and the consequent faux assurance that you must make them feel that the State will supply all their needs. The leading thought—the essential idea—is to get gullible Americans to fully believe that Big Government will provide for them and that they will never be left to want. Make certain the dumb bastards get that message, okay?

Remember the Iran-Contra fiasco? He traded arms to Iran for the release of hostages. Iran got some F-5 parts and TOW missiles and then told their fellow Shia buddies in Lebanon to grab some more hostages. Reagan then arranged for more arm shipments to Iran. This was utter lunacy! And that cycle repeated again, and again and again.
Reagan evidently thought the massive "Commie" base in Nicaragua was a bigger strategery threat than the Islamic Republic of Iran.
My only thought is "so was Neville Chamberlain's when he returned to England from Munich waving a piece of paper in his hand."

When the Republican Party added another layer of entitlement spending. (Medicare Prescription)
When the Republican Party ramped up pork barrel spending in a time of war.
When the Republican Party expanded farm subsidies and ethanol mandates.
When the Republican Party doubled the size of the Department of Education.
When the Republican Party wants to pay more for the defense of Europe than the Europeans do themselves.
When the Republican Party removed 'the evil Saddam Hussein who killed hundreds of thousands of his fellow Iraqis' and believe that it's the American people's responsibility, rather than the Iraqi people's responsibility to free themselves.
When the Republican Party promoted the 'ownership society' that helped bring on the housing bubble and all of its subsequent bailouts.
When the Republicans party creates new programs like their precious 'Faith Based Initiatives.'

Mike Huckabee's childhood in North Korea shaped his world views, that's were he learned that if you tell a lie eneough it becomes the truth. What a moron. It's the debt that has harmed our credit rating!
Although they're backed mainly by installment contracts signed by people who can't even qualify for a credit card, most of these bonds have been rated investment grade. Many have received the highest rating: AAA.
Expect birthers, baggers and conservatives to blame Frank-Dodd for this eventual free market meltdown!
The problem is that we haven't paid for the added cost of defense... wars without funding is a big part of why we are in debt. Wars with unintended consequences is why we have a power vacuum in the middle east.

Our only problem with funding our Constitutional obligations is funding all of our UN-Constitutional obligations.
Let's follow standard Republican protocol by promoting more tax cuts and complaining about the National Debt in order to pay for increased defense spending.

Why don't you talk about Social Security(FDR). Welfare(FDR). Reinvestment Act (Carter). Medicare and Medicaid (LBJ). Moving the Social Security fund into the general fund (LBJ). Doubling down on the Reinvestment Act (Clinton). Repealing of the Glass–Steagall Act (Clinton).
Obamacare, Dodd/Frank, EPA'a stranglehold on energy (Obama).
These are what have caused the real fiscal problems in America today.
Conservatives want to change the U.S. Constitution to force students to pray in school.
For instance the first Bibles published in English were published by the United States Congress.
On the very first day day they held an assembly in Congress they had a prayer that had to of lasted 3 hours.

Republicans now say "Show me ONE definition of Socialism in a reference book that says getting Social Security is the definition of Socialism?" or they strenuously deny that the 'redistribution' of wealth is socialism.
All this obfuscation is intended to hide the fact that the Republican party has a slobbering love affair with their brand of socialism.

The Bible was in the public school system for 317 years. It was incorporated into public education since the first public education act in Massachusetts in 1647 called the Old Deluder Satan Law. It wasn't taken out of Public schools until 1963.
And for your information it is Liberals who fail to recognize the difference between individual responsibility and the proper role of government. In your world no one is responsible for anything. They are all victims.
But what of the other 99%? Let's face it, those not serving in the military overseas have experienced war against the Islamo-Fascists under three conditions.
1.) Entire interface consists of watching war on TV.

The Lord is my shephard, I crave vast amounts of consumer goods, as I am a materialist.
I fear no evil for the baggers and the birthers are evil.
He leadeth me to social engineering in far-away places, and nation building in foreign countries.
He restoreth Big government Republicanism when the chance comes.
He leadeth me to get my Republican "teat suck" when the chance arrives.
I will fear no government run health care: For I already have Medicare;
My bombast and rhetoric, they comfort me.
We endlessly talk of small government and free market to the guileless;
And all the while along, all we really want is to have redistribution of wealth, directed in our direction.
Surely our teat suck on the government sow will come about at some time, and we will distract the masses attention with talk of mushroom clouds and the deceit of the Demoncrat party.
