      Let the 15% start their riots, but there is a much larger percentage to quell them. This feeling can be credited to Obama himself, so know that he will do anything to punish all who disagree with him. Even some of his own dems see the corruption and will stand against him. Got to make sure that Reid and Pelosi are both held accountable for improrper vetting so neither can take the office. This is treason and all guilty should be punished accordingly.

      We will take our chances while you are hiding under the bed. We are not going to put up with this. It will be taken care of legally one way or the other. If you have no more love for your freedom than that, then you are in the wrong country. I am of the mind that I will take liberty or death. I know nothing else and cannot live in the country that is heading toward lies, deceit, with a person less than the average American pretending to be President. This man is a pretender to the throne and should be jailed along with all those who are trying to overthrow this Republic.

        Those of us who know this Potus is a fraud and what his game is, also now are fully aware that our: Domestic New Media is involved . Their game is over as far as I am concerned. There will be cries of Racism, and any other distraction they can invent. I will never forget the disrespectful way they deprived 4 dead and murdered Americans, their right to justice. What can be lower than robbing a dead hero of their most fundamental right. That right would be the names of those who betrayed them and caused their death, then used the so called Media to lie and cover up their guilt. For this country to be called a World Leader, we must stop this insane injustice.Our soldiers fight for us and when they have fallen we must fight for them. This is a sickening situation that has been going on too long.

      Only if he is tried for fraud and imprisoned with every Government official who knew this as well as the Judges on the Supreme Court who were bought and paid for by Barrack Hussein Obama which would include his Vice President, Pelosi, and Reid. Now that would be worth any riot his his die hard political base would start. I AM one of the many who has NEVER believed Obama was eligible to be President and I believe if they look at his birth certificate PLUS his school records it WILL say that he applied as a foreign student. We already know his birth certificate was bogus so, let’s hope to Almighty God he’ll be finally exposed. Can I get an Amen??!!!!!!!!

    If Florida rules that he was ineligible, other states will have to follow since the precedence will have been set. The Judge needs to demand that Obama release his records that Donald Trump was unable to get Obama to do. That and that alone will bring this nightmare to and end.

    If nothing can escape a black hole…how do rays get away? Can the gravitational pull of a black hole be measured? Is it possible that once the black holes eventually gather most of the matter together that their fields will become powerful enough to attract themselves to each other in the final phase of rebirth. A single Universal size galaxy of only black holes in the final phase of rebirth. I submit that there was no beginning and there will never be an end. I see evolution as a birth and rebirth proposition and that eternal life means everything is a part of the Universal Whole (or black hole) that never ends. Particals structure fall apart and restructure again. Therefor everything has eternal life. I just love the new telescopes and of course all the ridiculous theory we keep coming up with to explain everything to a level of fact…which will never happen. I like the phrase “facts as we know them today” being as honest a scientific statement that there is. I just love the new telescopes and support every dime we spend on space. I wish we spent more on ocean research though.

    Believe me, I’d love to see it happen, but the shadow gov’t will be out in full force threatening this judge and anybody else connected. He is not eligible and most all the progressive commies know it, but none will tell the truth and fight anybody who says otherwise. Just keep your eyes and ears open because there will be hitmen in the streets to protect the illegal muslim.

      That hasn’t been true since 1881. There was a Supreme Court ruling of Hapersett v. Minor in 1875. It defined a Natural Born Citizen as having both parents who are Natural Born Citizens. Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the US Constitution States: No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.” There is nothing in there that says anything about the parents. I have heard and read about the argument that, at the time the Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution, it was said that the definition of a Natural Born Citizen was a person born of two parents who are also Natural Born Citizens. Unfortunately, they did not add that definition in the Constitution. The US Supreme Court decision in Happersett v. Minor in 1875, became null and void on September 19, 1881 when Vice President Chester Arthur was allowed to take Office after the assassination of President Garfield. Chester Arthur’s father was not an American citizen at the time of his birth either, but his mother was. Obama’s father was not American but his mother was. I am no liberal by any stretch of the imagination. No one believes more than I do that Obama should not have been allowed to even run for President. A Supreme Court decision isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on if it isn’t enforced. The point remains that Chester Arthur should not have even been on that ticket as Garfield’s running mate. When the truth came out, Congress should have acted and had him removed from office. He would not have been able to claim racism as this President’s supporters are so quick to do. Even if Congress had the courage to enforce that Supreme Court decision now, the President’s supporters could claim racism, because that ruling wasn’t enforced by Congress in 1881. In my opinion, that could have set a precedent. This can be debated until the cows come home. Chester Arthur paved the way for Obama weather we like it or not. Unless someone can come up with evidence, that even the liberal media can’t ignore, that Obama was born in another country, we are stuck with him for another four years.

    There are two many inconsistencies and falsehoods that he and others have put forth about his life that would have one believe that he was not elgible to run for president, or hold the office. This coupled with the fact that he has done everything possible to hide his past should tell every freedom loving American that this man is an imposter. It is time that freedom loving Americans entrusted with the powers of state investigate his legitimacy if for no other reason than the sanctity of our Constitution Millions of us have put our lives on the line to protect our constitution and we can ask no less of those with a conscience.

      I pray you are wrong too but I tend to agree with you. If he sees this as a losing battle, all hell will break loose. Keep in mind he alone (with no judicial oversight whatsoever) can determine if you or I are a threat to him. [It's actually worded as a threat to national security but we all know it means a threat to him] Not only that but he can bring in UN peacekeepers(I use that term very loosely) to enforce his agendas. That is why you see them pushing so hard for gun control. They know full well martial law cannot be enforced as long as we own guns. UN warlords or not!

    All smoke and mirrors – The Judge earlier threw out the case because technically Obama wasn’t nominated by the DNC to run for the 2012 election. Why did they wait until after he was re-elected to bring the case back up? Why didn’t they file the claim in Sept – Oct after Obama officially accepted the nomination in Charlotte by the DNC and prior to the election?
    Seems to me they intentionally waited until after he was re-elected and the votes were canvassed. Were are all the lawsuits for the blatant voter fraud in so many districts? I suspect they will wait 3.5 yrs before they challenge his 2012 election results and claim in 2016 that fraud was committed in 2012

    This sounds like another appeasement move to calm people down. The information has been known by members of the congress for many years. It is up to them to continue the bill for his impeachment, that got stalled before the election. I thik of all the uncles & fathers that gave their lives to protect us against Communist domination.     If Obama is found unconstitutionally eligible for office prior to January 6th to the meeting of the Electoral College, his nomination and ticket of himself and Joe Biden would be null and void, the Democrats chose stupidly… since they thumbed their nose at anyone who dared questioned Obama.This would throw the whole mess into the Congress which would be responsible to elect the President and the Senate the Vice-President. The electoral college could not meet as they would be bound by a usurped election and so they would be nullified and have to sit out their constitutionally mandated duty. We could end up with Romney as President and whoever the loser Democrats in the Senate would choose as a Vice-President. Their is still hope for the Republic and Justice to be DONE…
    The GOOD news is that all of the legislation he signed would become null and void, can you say bye-bye Obamacare, NDAA and all the usurped actions by executive order….etc.

        Then, they need to be corrected by millions of people at the doors of Congress who will keep them incarcerated in that building until they read their duties and perform them as they are written in the Contitution. No violence just keep them there. Call out the Army ? Those millions will be happy to be fired on and then defend themselves by force of overwhelming physical numbers. Our Founding Fathers had such courage. Oh yes, first soldier who falls has his weapon taken by one of those millions. Repeat the action until Congress learns the Army is sickened by having fired on the patriots who were initially unarmed but chose to fight regardless.

    I hate to be a wet blanket but really, even if a judge finds Obama ineligible to be POTUS, who will MAKE him abide by the Law, every attempt to rein him in has ended with him just ignoring the issue and passing Executive Orders to avoid the Justice system., like he did with Fast and Furious, like he has avoided being held accountable over Benghazi, like he had his records locked up and not a peep from the Law about the lack of transparency., and like he has been subpeonaed to appear multitudes of time in court but he has had brilliant lawyers who have countered every move to physically make him answer questions..WHO will hold this fraud accountable? WHO has the balls?

    For four years now, I have seen Obama get away with the idea of a false Birth Certificate claiming him to be illegable for president. And knowing they had proof he was not. This has happened often and You kept hoping the judges saw this and again he got away with it…even got away with not showing up in court one day. So, I can only hold my breath on this new announcement.

    I get so pissed when I hear the word “standing”. I don’t care what kind of scheme they running in the government or who they think they are. We ALL have STANDING. If it weren’t for us, there would be no government. Who the hell do they think pays the bills. And, please, don’t tell me it’s the federal reserve. The People created the states. the states created the federal government. Anything not delegated to the federal government falls to the states. Anything not delegated to the states falls to the People.
    We need to turn this thing back over upright. On their EARS if necessary.

    This woman, Orly Taitz on her web site has more backbone than the lot of them. She has fought like 10 people for this country and she was not even born here. She loves this country, is a citizen with more drive and caring than any of them in Congress who are allowing this woman to be treated with contempt when she is telling the Truth. These Congressmen are indeed, fiddling while Rome burns,” so to put it. Stand up America for your own country and quit allowing the few to do your jobs for you. You lousy spineless men and women in Congress are not deserving to live in this country, let alone serve the people. You are neglecting your stewardships whereby God has allowed you to help look after this country.

    It’s about time ! This judge should have taken care of this BEFORE the election – but he was too afraid and fearful to do his job ! Now he still will be and another judge needs to be used. ALL judges are afraid for their lives to do anything against Obama and his gang. I cannot remember the last time there was a true real CONSTITUTIONAL election. It has not been in my long lifetime ! Read the Constitution laws on elections and you will know what I mean. First off there are to be NO political parties – they are ALL UN-CONSTITUTIONAL ! There is to be none of the expensive steps used by this system nor unit elections (Pres & VP together). And that is just for starters ! NOTHING about our elections are Constitutional ! They are all run by UN-Constitutional political parties and so is the country – and ALL of it is illegal and Treason and is the Communist system, not he Founder’s American system. Read Article 2
