 Though the media is completely focused on the Presidential race, defeating Barack Obama is just one important battle in the war to take this country back. As we've seen before, strong congressional leadership can be just as important as a President when it comes to setting the nation's agenda. And one of the true leaders to emerge from the first Tea Party Congress is becoming the focal point of another key battle. After less than two years in office, Rep. Allen West has already proven himself to be one of the most compelling critics of what he calls the Democrats' "message of enslaving the entrepreneurial will and spirit of the American people." Recently he captured the Conservative response to the left's radical agenda, telling Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi to "get the hell out of the United States of America" with their "message of economic dependency."  But because of his strong-minded leadership, the political establishment has decided to try to draw Florida's legislative lines to take West out of the political equation. While the Democrats target his seat, pouring millions of out-of-state dollars into unseating their vocal critic, the Florida legislature is joining in to help remove one of this country's few bold, outspoken Tea Party leaders. It's easy to see why the political elites are so threatened by Allen West: he represents an existential threat to the status quo! Allen West consistently and vocally advocates on behalf of We the People, he fights for our principles of limited government, free markets, and fiscal responsibility, and he does not hesitate to call out the liars, equivocators, and politicians who put special interests ahead of our country! We simply must make sure Allen West is re-elected. We need more leaders in Washington like LTC West.
