Hello!
Here we are in the middle of winter in the Adirondacks, and it's supposed to be in the 40's here today! It certainly has been a mild winter! We did however, find a lot of great ice to photograph along a stream near here during the winter photography workshop I did this past weekend here in Brant Lake.
We have a couple of things coming up. First, this Thursday, 2/2 - Ground Hog Day - Dan Berggren and I will be doing an Adirondacks Cabin Fever evening at Camp Pok-O-MacCready. Dan will be performing some of his special Adirondack folk songs, and then I'll be presenting my most recent AV program, 'I Am the Adirondacks' - a special portrayal of the region with a soundtrack by Dan Berggren, Dan Duggan, Peggy Lynn, and Casey Filiaci, that helps give the Adirondacks its own voice. The camp is located off Route 22 / Reber Road in the Willsboro, NY region.
We have both a workshop and a photo tour coming up the weekend of Feb. 18, 19. I have a 'Perfect Pictures Every Time' comprehensive wokrshop on Feb 18, and a High Peaks Adventure Photo Tour on Feb. 19.
