Good morning, I hope everyone had a great weekend. Another week and another primary showdown, this time in the Deep South… Can Mitt Romney stave off his two opponents who are desperately seeking the conservative vote in the heart of the Republican Party voting base? We'll find out tomorrow as Alabama and Mississippi go to the polls.
Aside from the presidential race, there is a very interesting race brewing in Alabama where under-fire Rep. Spencer Bachus faces three primary challengers. As John Gizzi reports, the "60 Minutes" expose certainly has pushed this race in to "a race to watch" category.
The Debunker is back with his latest column! This time Mark LaRochelle debunks the notion of "fair share." http://bit.ly/xorMs8
Editor-at-large Jason Mattera's latest book is out now. It's called Hollywood Hypocrites: The Devastating Truth About Obama's Biggest Backers. Radio giant Mark Levin calls Mattera's latest work "eye-popping, exhaustively researched, and absolutely hilarious." Grab your copies today. Jason also has a piece on legendary rock and roll icon Bruce Springsteen that you don't want to miss either.
Neil W. McCabe has a review of a new movie titled "October Baby." He was at the Washington D.C. premiere and wrote a very positive review of it. There even might have been a tear or two shed by our fearless G&P editor!
That's a lot of great content for you to get your Monday started off write. Make sure to stop by tomorrow for a preview of the Alabama and Mississippi primaries from John Gizzi.
