Jack, Chalk up a defeat for anti-gun bureaucrats! The legal arm of the National Association for Gun Rights has won a handy victory in Colorado. In conjunction with our state-level ally, Rocky Mountain Gun Owners, the newly-established National Foundation for Gun Rights (NFGR) successfully overturned the college campus gun ban in the Colorado Supreme Court. One of NFGR’s primary goals is to defend the right to self-defense -- nationwide. That’s exactly what we’ve done with this victory over “Criminal Safezones” on college and university campuses in Colorado, where only criminals were armed. Please click on the video below to watch an interview about this important gun rights victory: Before last week’s Colorado Supreme Court ruling, education bureaucrats were thumbing their noses at the law, declaring that they could deny Second Amendment rights on a whim. They were stripping law-abiding gun owners of their right to self-defense. Thanks to support from folks like you, we won this round. But there are literally hundreds more cases just like this one all over the country. We must continue working to ensure that law-abiding folks are free to defend themselves and their loved ones, in EVERY state in the Union. America needs a REAL Second Amendment defender in our courtrooms! The victory in Colorado against campus Criminal Safezones is a good start, but the battles have just begun. Would you help the National Foundation for Gun Rights defend the Second Amendment in America's courts? Every dollar you contribute to the National Foundation for Gun Rights is entirely tax-deductible! Click here to watch a news report on our Colorado Supreme Court victory. If you can, please chip in $10 or $20 to help with the next gun rights court battle: Without your help, anti-gun politicians and bureaucrats will continue trampling the Second Amendment. Even if you can only chip in $5 today, your support will help to stop the anti-gun crowd in America's courts! For Freedom, Dudley Brown Executive Vice President P.S. The National Foundation for Gun Rights just won a gun rights case in the Colorado Supreme Court -- but hundreds more are cropping up all over the country. Click here to watch a news report on our victory, and to chip in with a tax-deductible contribution!
