Ever since Macy’s policy that allows any man who identifies himself as a woman to use the women’s dressing rooms was brought to the nation’s attention, tens of thousands of Liberty Counsel team members have signed our petition expressing their outrage. We have also heard from many others about their own disturbing stories.
I have delayed delivering these petitions to Macy’s corporate offices until Monday afternoon, December 19th, to make sure that you and thousands of others have the opportunity to be part of this campaign to change Macy’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual (LGBT) policy and to reinstate Natalie Johnson.
With the great momentum building in this effort, we expect many thousands of additional names can be delivered next Monday.
I need your signature by Monday morning, December 19th, to be included in this important petition delivery.
Click here to sign the petition and add your name to this rapidly growing number of concerned citizens:

Jack,
When we first heard Natalie Johnson’s alarming story about what happened at her San Antonio, Texas, Macy’s store, we knew Liberty Counsel must come to her aid. But we could not have imagined how many pro-moral Americans shared our sense of outrage at a major department store allowing men to enter their women’s changing areas.
Since we organized a petition to be delivered to Macy’s executives just over a week ago, nearly 30,000 deeply concerned Americans have taken a stand with Natalie!
Also, many Liberty Counsel team members have been writing and telling us about their own disturbing experiences when trying on clothes in a Macy’s women’s changing area, sometimes while accompanied by their young children.
Several have told us how a man dressed as a woman – or even just a man carrying women’s clothing – entered the area, and how uncomfortable his presence made them feel. Many relate that they felt compelled to leave the dressing room and store as quickly as possible.
A Macy’s employee wrote to us expressing her concern for the safety of women – and included descriptions of her numerous dealings with men trying to enter the women’s changing area. She feels Macy’s misguided policy has caused these repeated experiences.
Others have contacted Liberty Counsel saying they are offended by Macy’s pro-LGBT policy and are cutting up their Macy’s credit cards until the policy is changed.
This ill-advised policy is only one reason why Liberty Counsel is involved in petitioning Macy’s to change their policy. The second reason centers on our client, Natalie Johnson.
In case you’ve missed Natalie’s story, which has been related in media around the world since the story broke in late November, here are a few highlights...
++Natalie’s convictions cost her a job!
“Excuse me, but men cannot use the women’s fitting room. The women’s fitting room is for women only.” That’s what Natalie Johnson politely told a young man wearing lipstick, who entered the women’s fitting room and undressed. And for that, Macy’s fired her.
When Natalie politely told the cross-dressing young man he could not use the women’s fitting room, he and the attorney with him said that Macy’s was supposed to be “LGBT friendly” and began shouting expletives. Then they demanded to see Natalie’s supervisor.
The Macy’s manager, Mary Ellen, summoned Natalie into her office and read her the LGBT policy, and then said that a “transgender” person can use any fitting room they desire. When Natalie told her manager that she could not, in good conscience, allow a man to enter the women’s dressing area, she was fired.
Natalie is now being represented by Liberty Counsel free of charge, as is true of our services to all of our clients. She is now unemployed for doing what any reasonable store clerk would do. Liberty Counsel has reached out to help her get her job back and get this unreasonable and unsafe policy changed.
That’s why I am calling you and the entire Liberty Counsel team to take a stand with us! We must tell Macy’s what we think of their dismissal of Natalie Johnson – and their unwise “LGBT policy.”

++Stand with Natalie Johnson as she stood to protect women!
Natalie’s stand and subsequent dismissal have become international news. Most media outlets are characterizing it as yet another example of the escalating aggressiveness of radical LGBT activists who deceitfully call their disruptive actions a “civil rights” struggle.
On December 19th, we will hand deliver several tens of thousands of petitions to Macy’s management at their corporate offices. Whether they want to acknowledge it or not, Macy’s San Antonio, Texas, Rivercenter store has become the latest site of a fast-growing culture clash that will have enormous implications for the future of America.

May God bless you!
