The company's nefarious dealings were overseen by CEO John Corzine who was an Obama pal, campaign fundraiser and Wall Street point man. Meanwhile, hundreds of people have lost their savings and hundreds of former MF employees have lost their jobs. There is no justice in the Obama administration's lawless regime. Even worse, the culprits at Solyndra, the green energy company that defaulted on their $535 million dollar government loan, have yet to be punished. Solyndra CEO Brain Harrison and CFO Bill Stover used their Fifth Amendment rights to avoid answering any questions. The Obama administration has wreaked havoc on the private markets. Obama is throwing capitalism out the window and instead using his socialist regime to pick winners and losers.
